Big Thank you to Jay Dunacusky, the sales person who greeted me at the door. His professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor made me be interested in the Forester. The dealership did not have the color that I wanted. The following day he found the vehicle at another dealership and went himself to retrieve it and the next day I went and purchased the car. being a female senior deciding on a dealership, choosing on the brand of car and taking the steps to finally purchase the car is very stressful to me. If Jay succeeded in putting my worries and concerns to rest, he needs to receive a gold medal. Connor McCown, the finance manager, was another superstar. These two guys are so transparent and honest in their transactions that it is very hard to find anywhere else. Employees are what makes a company. Agreed to purchase a car and didn’t even haggle on the price. After agreeing, I received my paperwork and I was in the process of filling out deposit information with credit card data. In the process of filling it out, within 30 mins they claimed someone walked in and bought the car. An absolute joke of an experience and now they have all my personal and business information. Asked to speak to a manager and guy wouldn’t even call to discuss without me begging. Already had a trash experience with eCarOne and thought this was a legit and safer place, apparently not.

Reggie was wonderful to work with! I live in Arkansas and had a particular used car in mind. I talked to dealerships in Little Rock, Florida, and North Carolina that had the car I wanted. All 3 either had very poor and slow communication, or added on lots of hidden fees. I found the car I wanted at this dealership. When I called, Reggie answered the phone. He was so easy to work with. He told me about the minimal additional fees upfront, sent a video of the car, and was quick to get back to me with any requested information. I flew in the next morning and got the car. I really appreciated Reggie’s quick communication. He didn’t try and sell me a bunch of extras I didn’t want, and I had a wonderful time buying from him.

The salesman lied to me.
The salesman lied to me. I drove 6 hours round trip and took 2 days off work (my husband and myself) to go look at this car. He said he would keep me informed if there was another buyer, but he just took the day off of work and when I got to Ewing Subaru of Plano, they wouldn't even show me the car. If the salesman isn't a scummy liar, then he is severely incompetent.

First off, I called them because they had a particular
First off, I called them because they had a particular used car I needed. I told the sales guy I was coming from Denton to see it. As we were looking at the car, his sales manager calls him on his cell and he tells me that the mgr plans to send the car to the auction if I don't buy it. This is a sales gimmick/pressure technique that was not necessary on me as I was there to buy the car. They looked at my trade and we settled on a fair price. Then, in the office, as I was signing the paperwork, they said they mis-appraised my trade and my price would go up $2500. I told them that is a deal killer and they immediately backed off on their price increase. Strike Two! As it turned out, I didn't need that car for long so I set out to sell it. It was paid for at the time of purchase. I had a problem selling the car because it had temp tags. After me spending a week to get someone on the phone to help me after they had 7 weeks to get the title work done, they tell me it had not even been started. Finally, their manager handled this and sent my tags. It was at that point that I sold the car to another dealer, knowing that the title is always a week to 10 days behind the plates. 3 weeks later, no title. The dealer I sold it to told me that they had called Ewing and that they had botched the registration and the car was not even really registered to me ever, as far as the State of Texas is concerned. What an absolute nightmare of a transaction. I know Subaru owners are loyal, but I'll bet there are much better options for you than Ewing Subaru. Stay away from this dealer if you like for transactions to go smoothly.

Angel Calix went above and beyond in helping us purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla XSE/35K miles. He worked with management to ensure the sale was within our budget. When we drove up, our "new" car was detailed and ready for pickup. Justin Trplosh was extraordinarily kind and followed through with a phone call inquiry from us. Oscar Franco walked us through the initial closing and was patient when we had to garner our proof of insurance, which took some time. Finance (Connor McCown) was patient and explained the forms as we finalized the sale. Although we paid in full for a used car, all the employees treated us like we were the most significant purchase of the day. We felt welcomed and valued, and God blessed us with this quality vehicle at a tremendously reasonable price.

You know it’s funny this dealership can be so friendly in person , but when you try to talk about problems related to them over the phone it’s a nightmare. Going on month 3 of purchasing a vehicle from this location from Mike Logan and still haven’t received my tags or plates , and all I get from a response when I finally get connected to someone who can answere my question all they tell me is it will be in next week . How many times is that going to work , my next temp tag is up when I’m going to take a trip and I can’t even get a response from my sales rep . So if you want to shop her be mindful because if you have a problem they are not willing to communicate with you not even with a text or email , also they won’t respond to your voicemails either

Was in market for Subarus … yes plural .
Was in market for Subarus … yes plural . Was looking for Blue Outback XT touring with light interior . Since NO light interior with blue exterior… next logical step was consider Limited ( assumed they had lighter interior with blue exterior). I had to wait 3 weeks to purchase Outback . So wanted to know difference between Touring XT and Limited XT ( to make sure Limited was NOT missing any safety features. Here is reply I got regarding that question “ If you are that far out, what is it that you are trying to accomplish today?” I was 3 weeks out !!!! What is problem asking that question ….. Needless to say a little advice from a sales rep ( 27 years) . NOT every customer is going to sign / buy immediately. Sales is a process where relationships is built and then sale occurs . You have to lay groundwork for future sale . Needless to say your flippant attitude with that reply to simple obvious question was unnecessary. Here is what I ended up doing ….. buying 2 new Subarus 3 days apart and will be buying another soon ( all new ) . Hopefully this will teach you NOT to ignore customers that are NOT buying the very first day. And more importantly send rude message to customers question.
