Armormax Bulletproof Subaru Crosstrek Specs & Features

For the most part, the Subaru Crosstrek provided by Armormax is stock. It features its factory engine – a 2.0L 4-cylinder – and transmission and its standard features and specifications. However, it has been outfitted with armoring and glass capable of stopping bullets from guns like the .44 magnum and AR-15, as well as bomb blast protection for the undercarriage. The company’s standard armoring details include the following:

• Opaque armor comprised of light synthetic fiber laminates and air hardened, heat-treated ballistic alloys
• Layered glass, acrylic, polycarbonate laminates to replace original glass
• Reinforced suspension system
• Run-flat tires
• Elitus Overlaps system
• Armored battery, radiator, ECM and fuel tank

The company also has a host of optional upgrades you can add to your armored Subaru Crosstrek, including things like gas masks, bomb blankets, a smoke screen system, external listening devices, electric door handles and more.
