Brrr, no more! Spring is here, and there’s a sneeze in the air. While the pollen may get you down, at least you can take your sweater or coat off by lunchtime each day. As a token of our devotion to maintaining vehicles for our customers, we are offering fantastic specials for spring maintenance to keep your Subaru in tip-top shape.

Synthetic Oil Change

With the changing weather, it’s time to do some fresh maintenance on your car. Subaru recommends changing your vehicle’s oil every 6,000 miles or six months, whichever comes first. We are offering a full synthetic oil change for just $89.95 to help ensure your vehicle stays in optimal condition. A fresh oil change can help a vehicle run smoother, quieter, and last longer. Old oil starts to gunk up your engine, leading to premature wear and expensive repairs.

Cabin Air Filter

To go along with keeping your engine fresh with new oil is your cabin air filter. A cabin air filter is important because it helps to keep out harmful and annoying pollutants. Filters often get clogged with pollen, leaves, bugs, debris, and contaminants that didn’t make it into your air vents. With our spring special, you can get a new cabin air filter for $7.50 off the regular price. If you have any allergies or have had some sinus issues as of late, a cabin air filter could undoubtedly help.

Engine Air Filter

Speaking of air filters, the engine air filter is essential to a vehicle. Think of an engine air filter as something like your nose. When you have sinus issues and are all clogged up, you use more energy breathing through your mouth throughout the day, especially when you’re sleeping. This isn’t a lot different for your car’s engine. Fresh air needs to be brought into the engine to help create combustion, which is what makes the vehicle run. An air filter traps particles and debris from entering your engine, causing internal harm and damage. With our spring special, you will pay just $49.95 for peace of mind.

Doing multiple maintenance items on your car at one time can get pricey. That’s why we are offering $15 off an oil change and tire rotation. With this special coupon, your Subaru will get up to 5 quarts of quality synthetic oil, a new oil filter, tire rotation, plus an inspection of your tires to check for wear and tear issues, as well as pump up your tires with air if needed.

Wiper Blades

You know what they say: with spring showers come May flowers. Before you get caught in a bad rainstorm, take advantage of our spring special and get a fresh set of wiper blades for only $69.95.

Subaru Wheel Alignment

A Discount To Our First Responders & The Military

Our nation is greater thanks to the first responders and the members of our military. To thank you, Ewing Subaru of Plano is offering a 10% discount to all our customers in uniform and first responders.

Wild Card

Have you just had a service or repair that cost you over $100? With our Wild Card Coupon, you can immediately take off $25. This means that any service or repair you aren’t already using a coupon for can immediately be $25 cheaper.

Four Wheel Alignment

After driving tens of thousands of miles, your vehicle likely needs a four-wheel alignment, which Ewing Subaru of Plano just so happens to have a special on for $134.94. As your car hits bumps, potholes, and drives up and down roads, the suspension needs to be adjusted to maintain the car’s ability to handle properly and give your tires even wear. Uneven wear on your tires will cause damage that leads to premature replacements. For $134.94, you can prolong the life of your tires by a good bit, potentially saving you a thousand dollars on new tires.

Subaru Brake InspectionBrake Service

A significant safety item on any car is the brakes. As a normal wear and tear item, a Subaru vehicle needs the brakes maintained to potentially save drivers and occupants from getting into an accident. This is why we are offering a front or rear brake service for $399.95. This includes new pads and the resurfacing of your rotors. As time passes, your brake rotors can become warped and lose overall stopping power. One thing you should check every 10,000 miles or so is the amount of lip there is on your brake rotor. Simply rub your finger over the edge of the rotor to see if there is a noticeable lip. If there is, it’s time to either resurface or replace them. Along with the rotors, the pads work in conjunction with your rotors. As your rotors spin while driving, the pads will clamp down on the rotor and become less thick, meaning its ability to help you stop safely is diminished.

Higher Mileage Service

As a vehicle ages, it needs specific maintenance roughly every 30,000 miles, such as a recheck of brake pads, brake fluid flush, oil change, tire rotation, air filter, and the like. While each of these things can be done separately, hitting that 30,000, 60,000, and 90,000-mile milestone means that they should be done roughly at the same time. For vehicles entering 60,000 miles, we recommend adding a spark plug change and a cooling system drain and fill at 90,000 miles. With our spring special, you can get a full 30,000-mile service for $301.95, a 60,000-mile service for $781.95, and a 90,000-mile service for only $492.95.

When it comes to servicing and maintaining your vehicle, we take pride in using only manufacturer-approved parts and fluids on all Subaru vehicles that come in for service.
