Subaru Announced Pricing On All New 2025 Forester
Details of the 2025 Forester were announced at the end of 2023. With the 2025 model soon to arrive in Ewing Subaru of Plano’s inventory, Subaru has announced pricing for the new models.
The 2025 Forester falls just short of a total redesign. It rides on the same Global Subaru Platform and has the same footprint, wheelbase, and track width. It also continues with the same 2.5-liter Boxer-4 engine and power specifications of 180 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque. The engine is connected to a continuously variable transmission on all models. On the other hand, the exterior body panels are all-new. A new grille, angular fender openings, and re-shaped lights are the most obvious differences. Still, no one will mistake it as anything but a Forester.
Stepping inside the 2025 Forester, you’ll be greeted with a host of exciting technological advancements. All models, except the base, now feature the impressive 11.6-inch SUBARU STARLINK® Multimedia system, a feature previously found in the Outback, Crosstrek, and other models. While retaining its dual 7-inch screen setup, the base model now boasts a revised dash. The large screen comes with wireless smartphone compatibility, making your driving experience more convenient. The navigation system features what3words, a unique feature that allows you to locate and identify any 10-foot square location in North America (and beyond) without the need for an address. This feature is particularly useful for navigating trails and large parking lots, adding a new level of convenience to your journeys.
The EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology has also been improved with better sensors, software, and the brake booster, which are now part of the system. Standard features for all models include Steering Responsive LED Headlights with Automatic High Beams, Remote Keyless Access, and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System with Individual Wheel Display rather than just an alert light. Available features include a wireless phone charger, an all-weather package with heated seats, heated mirrors, and even heated wipers. For the opposite time of year, there are available ventilated front seats.
The starting MSRPs for the 2025 Forester trim levels, including the $1,395 destination charge, are as follows:
- Forester (base model): $31,090
- Forester Premium: $33,390
- Forester Sport: $35,890
- Forester Limited: $37,390
- Forester Touring: $41,390
One model not listed above is the Wilderness, introduced last year. Subaru plans to sell the 2024 Wilderness along with the other 2025 Forester models for the time being. The current starting price on the 2024 Wilderness, including the destination charge, is $36,265.
The 2025 models have yet to arrive in the Subaru of Plano inventory as of this writing, but we invite you to contact one of our sales professionals and have them inform you when they arrive.
