Subaru Continues to Create a Corporate Impact Everywhere
Being a corporate citizen means more than just doing good for the community. It is a commitment on our customers’ behalf to demonstrate and assist the organizations and causes you care about the most. That includes caring for the environment, ensuring rescued pets find new homes, making sure our schools are equipped for learning, and living our best lives through the various health challenges we face.
All of these efforts and more have been recorded in Subaru of America’s seventh annual Corporate Impact Report. This extensive report highlights the company’s ongoing efforts to assist its customers, employees, dealerships, partners, and the community. It provides an overview of our efforts throughout 2024 to achieve milestones and ongoing programs laid out in The Love Promise.
One of those milestones was Subaru’s recognition by Points of Light as a 2025 Civic 50 Honoree. The organization, founded by the late President George H.W. Bush, recognized the company’s ongoing work through The Love Promise on both the national and local levels.
Another key milestone Subaru achieved in 2024 was being ranked as the number one automotive brand in Forbes’ Best Brands for Social Impact. This is the second year in a row that the business magazine has recognized the company for its commitment to quality and safety while serving communities and promoting inclusivity.

The 2024 Corporate Impact Report also highlights the results of our 2024 Subaru Share the Love Event. The company raised $31.7 million for national and local charities this year. Since its inception in 2008, Subaru has raised a total of $319.8 million in charitable donations.
We are committed to caring for the environment through the Subaru Loves The Earth program. In 2024, our partnership with The Arbor Day Foundation saw the largest corporate tree distribution program in this country.

Subaru also delivered blankets and care kits to more than 51,000 cancer patients in partnership with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Through the AdoptAClassroom.org partnership, we supported more than 262,000 students nationwide.
Our most visible efforts under The Love Promise are through the Subaru Loves Pets program. You may have seen pet adoption corrals at your local auto show last year. Nationally, the company awarded $3.2 million in grants through The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to local animal shelters, including organizations here in the Metroplex.
Subaru continues to be More Than a Car Company. Ewing Subaru of Plano follows The Love Promise through our localized efforts in serving our community.
