The 2025 Subaru Share The Love Event Marks 18 Years of Success

It’s hard to imagine a company more charitable and giving than Subaru. The company’s Share the Love Event takes place every year. It gives back to national charities like the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), the National Park Foundation, Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels, and 830 local charities that the more than 640 Subaru dealers across the nation handpick.

A Goal to Help Everyone

At the end of the 2025 event, Subaru aims to surpass $350 million in donations to its partners. As of now, the company has donated almost $320 million since the first Share the Love event in 2007, which has also benefited over 2,700 local charities.

How The Event Works

With each new Subaru that is leased or purchased between November 20, 2025, and January 2, 2026, the car company will donate $250 to one of the four national charities of the customer’s choosing. Local dealerships will also donate $50 to a local charity for each new car sold or leased, as well as $5 for every qualifying routine scheduled service that is performed during the same timeframe.

In 2025 alone, Ewing Subaru of Plano helped raise more than $146,000 at the “Kibble and Cocktails” gala for the DFW Rescue Me charity, which directly funds the Justice Fund that covers the medical needs of abused and neglected animals. Ewing Subaru of Plano also donated $24,100 to Lovepacs, which will go on to feed 685 children who are in need of school meals. The money specifically fed each child during the week they were out of school for Thanksgiving break, further reducing the stress of families that face food insecurity.
